Fastest and safest is www.paypal.com (Visa/MasterCard). I've received 43 bogus money orders in the last 5 years and haven't been fooled by one yet. The "dog mafia" is particularly active in this breed. You can send a check or money order if you like but there is a waiting period of 2 weeks before the puppy can be shipped.
